The law now makes it a felony for physicians to provide trans youth with treatments that can include puberty-blocking drugs and hormones
“These bills are as cruel as they are unconstitutional,” Rep. Zooey Zephyr said. “And I have no doubt that they will go down in court"
Zephyr has been prohibited from debating an anti-trans bill for those under 18 who wish to transition, even with parental consent

The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court on behalf of Samantha & Brian Williams of Nashville and their 15-year-old transgender daughter
